Refrigerant Transitions (Perry Chao): HRAI members will have felt a strong push from government, industry and the public towards more sustainable building systems. During this session, we will discuss the conditions that are contributing to these changes, the challenges and opportunities that they will bring, and HRAI’s actions to support members during this period.
Workforce Development (Andrew Ferguson): Andrew will be discussing promoting HVACR careers nationally, Quantifying workforce skills gaps, workforce upskilling and more.
