Speaker Biography
Michelle McDowell is an HR professional with 15+ years of experience supporting employers across Canada. For the past nine years, she has been with Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions, partnering with small and medium-sized businesses in industries including healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, construction, transportation, hospitality and travel, financial services, technology, and non-profits. Michelle is known for practical, people-first guidance. Outside of work, she loves to travel and meet new people - which is a big part of why she enjoys the work she does.
