Micah Van Der-Heide – Technical Service and Training Manager – Refrigerative Supply
Micah van der Heide is the Technical Service and Training Manager at Refrigerative Supply. He began his HVAC career in 1992 as a refrigeration apprentice and went on to complete his RACM trade qualification while working in the field as a contractor.
Micah joined RSL in 2007, where he established the company’s technical support and training department. Under his leadership, the department has continually evolved to better support contractors, technicians, and industry partners.
Deeply engaged in the refrigeration trade, Micah has serve on multiple technical committees and manufacturing advisory panels. He is also an active board member with the Thermal Environmental Comfort Association (TECA), contributing his expertise to industry standards, education, and advocacy.
